In the busy work rhythm, to enhance team cohesion and promote communication and collaboration among employees, Hebei Xiangzhi organized a unique team-building event on the Zhangbei Grassland in August 2025. This team-building activity, themed "Gather Strength to Start a New Journey, Unite to Create the Future," allowed employees to fully release stress on the vast grassland, feel the power of the team, and jointly embark on a new journey.

On the grassland, a variety of colorful team-building activities officially kicked off. First was the fun team expansion project, "Working Together to Transport the Ball," which tested the tacit understanding and cooperation among team members. Paired in twos, they carried the ball back-to-back to a designated spot without using their hands to touch the ball. At first, everyone was a bit flustered, and the ball often dropped, but with repeated attempts, team members gradually found the rhythm and their coordination became more seamless. Everyone encouraged and helped each other, shouting synchronized slogans, working together to complete the task. Through this project, employees deeply realized the importance of teamwork and understood that only by thinking and working together can goals be efficiently achieved.

The "Grassland Tug-of-War Competition" further pushed the event to its climax. Teams formed by various departments tightly gripped the rope, firmly planted their feet on the grass, leaned their bodies backward, and exerted all their strength. The cheerleading squad on the side was equally enthusiastic, loudly shouting encouragement slogans to support their teams. In the intense competition, everyone fully demonstrated their tenacious perseverance and fighting spirit. Every effort and every shout condensed the power of the team. There were wins and losses in the competition, but regardless of the outcome, everyone gained joy and deepened their mutual feelings during the process.

Besides the expansion projects, employees also fully enjoyed the unique experiences brought by the grassland. Horse riding was an essential activity. Under the guidance of professional riders, everyone carefully mounted the horses. Initially, some were nervous, but as the horses slowly moved forward, they gradually adapted to the rhythm and began to enjoy galloping across the grassland. The breeze brushed their faces, the sound of hooves and wind filled their ears, as if they had become warriors of the grassland, freely roaming this vast land.

At the archery range, employees picked up bows and arrows, drew the bow, nocked the arrow, and aimed at the target center. Some employees were shooting for the first time and their posture was not very standard, but with patient guidance from colleagues, they gradually found the feeling, and their shots got closer to the bullseye. Every time a target was hit, it won cheers and applause from everyone. In this process, employees not only trained their concentration and willpower but also felt the charm of traditional archery culture.

As night fell, a blazing bonfire lit up the entire camp on the grassland. Employees gathered around the bonfire for a lively bonfire party. While tasting delicious grassland delicacies such as roasted whole lamb and lamb skewers, they enjoyed wonderful performances. Some sang passionately, some danced gracefully, and others told humorous jokes, causing everyone to burst into laughter. In this warm atmosphere, employees let go of their usual restraint, fully showcasing their talents, and the distance between each other further narrowed. Holding hands, everyone danced joyfully around the bonfire, with laughter and cheers echoing in the night sky, spending an unforgettable evening together.
