Product Introduction
The Renbin BMS employs a three-tier BMS management architecture, enabling hierarchical data management and safety protection for modules, clusters, and battery stacks.
Three layers of independent hardware protection ensure that, in the event of a single-layer failure, system‑level protective actions can be triggered autonomously. Combined with the Karman filtering algorithm and Songdu Energy’s proprietary SOC estimation algorithm, this solution achieves an SOC accuracy within 5%. Furthermore, it introduces industry‑first leakage‑detection and internal‑resistance measurement capabilities, enabling cell‑level internal‑resistance assessment with a conformity rate of up to 95% compared to specialized equipment.
