Product Introduction
The passenger‑vehicle battery management system, built on a full‑lifecycle framework, can acquire real‑time data from the BMS—such as cell voltage, temperature, current, alarms, and internal resistance—and, leveraging a proprietary cell‑degradation model and a systematic state‑assessment methodology, accurately estimate the battery system’s state of health (SOH) and its safety status. When assessing maintenance requirements and generating alarm notifications, the system can push this information to operations and maintenance personnel via network and SMS for verification.
The operations management system is integrated with the MES, enabling end-to-end lifecycle tracking of each battery cell—from procurement to decommissioning—and providing point‑to‑point location identification.
